To be used following the grant of planning permission to remove or vary panning condition(s) imposed on the permission.
Please note this process is different to the process for approval of details for a condition applied to a planning permission. Please see checklist for ‘approval of details reserved by condition’.

| Approved plans and elevations (marked up) | Mandatory on removal or variation of conditions that involve changes to the approved drawings to identify all the proposed changes, the plans should either be circled or clearly annotated to show where the changes are. For change in materials the proposed change needs to be annotated/clearly identified on the drawing. | |
| Revised plans and elevations (to an accurate scale) | Mandatory on removal or variation of conditions that involve changes to the approved drawings to provide a revised copy of the approved drawing but with the change being applied for.
