Our parking contractor aims to take appropriate action to rectify any fault usually within 24 -72 hours, but this will depend on available resources.
Please note that payment must be made to use our parking facilities. If you are unable to purchase a pay and display ticket, you must arrange a parking session through RingGo. You may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice if payment is not made.
