Obstructions (skips, A-boards)
Where the public highway is obstructed by unlicensed skips, advertising boards or hoardings we aim to investigate within five working days and contact the responsible party.
Further enforcement action may be taken where appropriate.
Reports of unlit skips should be called through to our Out of Hours service on 0300 303 8671 so that the location can be attended within the hours of darkness and made safe if required.
