Faulty street lighting
We aim to return faulty street lights to light within six working days.
It is not uncommon for a fault to be repaired but recur again quite quickly therefore recurrent or more complex faults may require further investigation and take longer to repair.
For problems with the electrical supply we will need to request UK Power Networks to carry out repairs as neither us nor our contractors are permitted to do so. We will request the repairs in their forthcoming works programme but have no direct influence over their scheduling.
Including details such as lamp column IDs in your report description assists us and our contractor in locating faulty lights and ensuring the right column is attended and inspected.
All fixed traffic lights within the borough and their phasing sequence are the responsibility of Transport for London
